Living and working in Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East of England, I run a web development company called Consult and Design International and am involved in International youth and education projects thanks to many years developing Global Voice - an NGO based in the UK with a long history of giving opportunities to youth and youth leaders at home and abroad.

My main experience comes from years of experience in youth, education and training projects across Europe and the wider world, organisation and business development, web development, open source software and arts projects. At the age of 18 I managed my first international youth project with a focus on DJs, VJs, Video Production and Dance. At 25 I was recognised as a leader and social entrepreneur through a National Unltd award and completing the Common Purpose leadership programme.

The highlights of my career so far include:

• Trainer and expert for intercultural projects in over 20 countries covering themes such as video and media, peace, non-verbal communication and blogging.
• Project management, information architecture and development of an online portal used by civil society organisations in 43 countries.
• Event manager of a contact making seminar involving participamnts from 21 countries including Israel, Palestine, Egypt and Norway.
• Keynote speaker at a regional conference on the using the Internet within the global dimension framework of education.
• Promoter, DJ and event management with a local digital arts collective
• And of course... shelf stacker, deli manager, pre-packer and graphic designer for a national ethical and organic supermarket chain.

I really dislike Mushrooms and blue cheese; Monotony; Waiting; Greed, self righteousness and the disregard for others.
