It's a new year, and there's something in the air.

Thousands of emails are pouring in to Avaaz -- filled with hope, excitement, determination. The world's facing a lot of challenges this year, but there's something different too - an optimism that if we all stick together, anything is possible.

Happy New Year everyone! I've been a bit quiet on the blogging front lately due to being a little overwhelmed with work and indeed enjoying some time off for the holidays. Yes, I know...

I can only think of one couple that I know in my group of friends who got married before 2009. It's really quite incredible.

For those of you that don't know, I've been working in the world of International youth projects now for almost 10 years and its something I'm deeply passionate about.

So, its been a while in coming, but I've finally finished phase one of my new website.
